First and foremost, we do strive for 100% attendance in our sitters. However, there are at times when a babysitter may need to cancel a gig.
When that happens, there are two things that we have outlined in our policy for Usitters.
- Usitters must call the parents to let them know that they are unable to make the gig.
- Usitters need to cancel the job from their end. When they cancel a gig, they are automatically charged $20 and you, the parent, will be reimbursed $20 due to inconvenience.
If you accidentally delete the job post and repost, please contact email@example.com. We will reach out on your behalf to the Usitter to make sure you are reimbursed properly.
